Salvia bullulata

A rare Salvia from Peru. About 2 ft tall, it has many small mid-blue flowers with dark calyces. It is unlikely to be hardy here, but cuttings root easily, and it seems to be setting a few seeds. Summer-flowering, which is useful. As can be seen from the photo, courtesy of Rolando Uria, aphids seem to like this plant! Salvia bullulata seems happiest in partial shade.
